Sandra gave a talk at the DPU summer lab entitled " Prosthetic Ecologies" about platau's ongoing research on the Lebanese Coastal River System and its spatial and ecological opportunities for the Lebanese territory. The Beirut summerlab's theme, Riverside Ecologies and Contested Waterscapes, looks at the particular case of the Beirut river, and questions the influence of a potentially natural element on its immediate surroundings, and as an opportunity for the whole city.
